Fidelity.

Are all New Englanders juggling carpool duties with 5pm romps in dimly-lit motels on the outskirts of the city? Are they bound in matrimony for the third time yet stringing along a mistress who receives a bouquet of flowers and a glass of the finest liquor every time the yearly business trip swaggers into town? Do they all play golf with their wife's middle-aged lover? Or is this all solely a figment of Mr. John Updike's imagination

But then again, I guess infidelities are not limited to New England. They flock to the area for the foliage perhaps, but then proceed to London, Sweden, India, Australia ... before settling into a rather charming loft in New York,
(No one does delves into the complexities of infidelity as well as Mr. Updike.RIP!)
Anyways i am currently watching " Last Night" mainly cuz of the hot French guy. And i keep thinking, the director should read some Updike. Well, she studied at Harvard( i researched her) so i guess she probably has.

It's not a bad movie just... it's not Updike.
